This is my go-to morning smoothie to keep my energy balanced all day long.
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 cup berries
  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • ½ tsp schizandra powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Drink immediately.
