If you have digestive issues like gas, bloating, constipation or diarrhea, this smoothie may be for you! Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that helps to break down proteins and the kombucha contains beneficial yeasts and bacteria that can help with digestion, improve immunity and help with balanced blood sugar.
  • 1 cup kombucha-I used a ginger-turmeric flavor
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • juice of 1 orange
  • ½ cup chopped mango-optional
  1. Combine the pineapple with the orange juice and mango if you are using it in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour your kombucha into a tall glass and pour the puree on top. Stir to combine evenly.
