This green drink is my go-to for when I'm not feeling my best, or when I've started drinking coffee happens from time to time. I created it specifically to help support my adrenals, my digestion and to keep my hormones balanced. I really like to drink it in the morning, but it would also be a great mid-afternoon snack for anyone who finds that they get a bit of a slump at that time.
  • 2 cups fresh water
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • ½ tsp schizandra berry powder
  • ½ tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp baobab powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp MacroGreens or other greens whole food powder
  • 2 tbsp sauerkraut (don't hate this before you try it!)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
