  • 1½ cups organic, unsweetened soy milk
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon or a cinnamon stick
  • 1 small pinch crushed chili flakes
  • ½-1 tsp raw honey
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and slowly bring to a simmer.
  2. Strain into a mug and enjoy!
