Let's face it, we rarely restrain ourselves when we are celebrating. But there are a few tricks to help to minimize the impact of a night out. This tea will help your liver to release toxins while easing nausea, but it isn't a go ahead for overindulging! If you drink too much, nothing is going to help with that hangover...sorry!
juice of ½ lemon
3 slices fresh ginger
1 tsp raw honey
½ tsp tumeric
1 tsp ground milkthistle (very helpful, but optional)
If you are using the milkthistle, I recommend putting it into a tea steeper.
Combine the remaining ingredients in your mug and add boiling water. Put the steeper in and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Drink! You can repeat this recipe throughout the day.
