Beautifying Green Smoothie

When I added a daily smoothie to my nutritional regime, I noticed clear, glowing, healthy skin, increased energy, better sleep, improved digestion and a calm, relaxed mood all day long.  I cannot emphasize enough the benefits of eating 8 or more servings of veggies every day and smoothies are a simple way to make sure you get there!

1/4 pineapple, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 cup chopped kale

2 cups spinach

1 handful fresh cilantro

water, if needed to thin to desired consistency


  1. Put all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.  Add as little water as necessary to achieve desired consistency.
