Program Format

Upon registering, you will receive the Simply Balanced Hormones Workbook and instructions for getting started.  In order to accurately track your progress through the program, it is important to know where you are beginning.  Log all of your current habits in the workbook and fill in all of the questions.

The 6 Week Program:

This consists of 6  group sessions that will cover a wide range of diet and lifestyle factors that are influencing your hormone health.  You will understand clearly what is going wrong in your body to cause your symptoms, how your hormonal system, liver and gut are all involved in the rebalancing process and all the tools available to help you to reset and find more energy, better sleep, greater joy and incredible health!

Each session is a combination of education, coaching, inspiration and action tasks that really help you develop new habits that will last a lifetime.
